You will discover the pleasures of a language stay and of French gastronomy in a welcoming atmosphere. In addition to the Standard course, you will have 8 cooking lessons including tasting. The cooking classes are designed around a different theme each week: a product, a type of meal or a technique!

About the course

In addition to the French language courses, our school in Montpellier offers you to attend cooking classes all year round. You will have the opportunity to discover local and seasonal products that you will cook according to French traditions with the techniques that the Chef will teach you.
In 3 hours, you will discover the fresh products he has purchased for the recipes, you will learn how to cook them and make the most of them! The cooking class will be followed by a tasting/meal accompanied by a wine chosen by the Chef. Enjoy your meal!

Standard Course (20 lessons)
8 lessons spread over 2 afternoons with our Chef in his cooking school
The Standard French Course focuses on learning the fundamental linguistic aspects: reading, writing, comprehension, with special attention to oral expression and phonetics.
Cooking classes are held in a school located near our French language school. The chef will reveal the secrets of a successful dish by sharing his recipes, tips and tricks. You will have the opportunity to taste your creation in the company of the chef and the other participants!

This course is very successful and it is recommended to book at least 1 month in advance.

Program goals:

The cooking classes are conducted in French, the participants can be foreigners or French and the Chef does not translate into English but! you can take these classes even if you have a very low level of French as you cook with the Chef, which allows you to learn French by practicing it..
Learning French in France thanks to this formula will allow you to enjoy your language stay while enjoying a friendly activity in French, the opportunity to share your passion and meet foreigners and French people who share the same interests as yours.

Schedules

Classes from 10 am to 1:15 pm on Monday, then from 9 am to 12:15 pm from Tuesday to Friday.
During peak periods, standard courses can also take place from 4:15 pm to 7:30 pm.
Cooking classes are held twice a week in the afternoon or in the evening.
